The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will on Friday, March 13, 2026 release the results of the 2025 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examinations.
According to UNEB, the results will be officially released at 11:00am during an event to be presided over by the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni.
A total of 166,402 candidates registered and sat for the 2025 UACE examinations conducted between October and December last year. The examinations began on November 10, 2025 and were conducted at 2,844 centres across the country.
Of the total candidates, 93,630 were males representing 56 percent, while 77,772 were females accounting for 44 percent.
The number of candidates who sat the examinations represents a 14.6 percent increase compared to the 2024 UACE cohort.
UNEB announced the release date in a post on Wednesday, noting that the results will be made public during the official ceremony before being accessed by candidates and schools through the usual channels.
