Former Kibanda South County Member of Parliament Jack Odur Lutanywa is facing the possible loss of a large property in Kiryandongo District after court bailiffs moved to put it up for sale.
Zimark Associates has advertised the property for public auction or sale by private treaty. The estate is located on Block 9 in Kitukuza, Kibanda, and comprises developed land measuring 109 hectares. It includes a lavish home.
Odur has been given 14 days before the property is sold. The notice did not specify the reason for the sale or the amount involved.
