Toyota RAV4 2025 launched in Uganda
CFAO, the exclusive manufacturer-authorized distributor of new Toyota vehicles, genuine parts and official warranties in Uganda, on Thursday unveiled the Toyota Land Cruiser FJ and the 2025 Toyota RAV4.
The launch introduced two vehicles aimed at different segments of Uganda’s automotive market, with the Land Cruiser FJ positioned as a rugged off-road vehicle and the RAV4 targeting customers seeking a combination of performance, comfort and advanced technology.

The Land Cruiser FJ features bold retro-inspired styling while retaining the off-road capability associated with the Land Cruiser brand. The vehicle has been engineered as a four-wheel-drive model for demanding terrain, making it suitable for professionals, adventurers and motorists seeking a vehicle capable of handling challenging road conditions.

CFAO said the FJ combines a distinctive design with the durability and performance expected from a Land Cruiser. The vehicle is priced at $75,000.
The company also launched the 2025 Toyota RAV4, which enters its sixth generation with a redesigned appearance, powerful engines and updated technologies designed to provide a smoother and more connected driving experience.
The RAV4 is equipped with features intended to improve comfort, convenience and connectivity, while maintaining the versatility associated with Toyota’s compact sport utility vehicle range. It is priced at $57,500.
Patrick Segujja, an official of CFAO, said the Land Cruiser FJ offers genuine capability and performance rather than relying on the Land Cruiser name alone.
“The FJ is a Land Cruiser in capability and performance, and not just by name,” Segujja said.
