21 years ago, the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries – Frank Tumwebaze and Florence Kabibi tied a knot.

Kabibi describes the two decades as a journey of love and friendship.

“We give God the glory for the grace, blessings & protection upon us. It’s a testimony of God’s goodness for the far He has brought us and thank Him for His faithfulness & love that never fail.”

According to lawyer Elly Karuhanga, the Tumwebazes play a role in both Uganda and the family.

“Profound and hearty congratulations to both of my significant family members. You make us truly over joyed by the iconic role you play in both our country and our family,” Karuhanga said.

Tumwebaze recalls that it was Karuhanga’s car during the wedding.

“Thanks to u our Parent Hon @EllyKaruhanga Rutarendeza Rwa’nyabushozi…On this same day 21yrs ago, we deprived u of your beautiful Mercedes-Benz & used it as our bridal car… May God bless u forever for having supported & opened doors for many of us.”
