Kasibante greets ex-VP Ssekandi with humility on Friday at the official opening of the Breeze.
Makerere Kavule now boasts a fresh nightlife and relaxation hotspot after Deputy RCC of Jinja South Division, Hassan Kasibante, last Friday unveiled the ultra-modern Costa Rica Breeze Leisure Hub.

Ssekandi cuts the ribbon as a sign of the official launch of Costa Rica Breeze.
The glamorous launch attracted high-profile guests, with former Vice President Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi gracing the event as chief guest. Also in attendance were Kawempe South MP Hajjati Madinah Nsereko and former Inspector General of Government (IGG) Betty Kamya, adding political star power to the entertainment-filled evening. Costa Rica Breeze Leisure Hub offers a range of premium wellness and fun experiences, including sauna and steam bath facilities, while the bar section is already earning a reputation for serving some of the coldest drinks in town. The new spot is expected to become a go-to hangout for Kampala’s trendsetters.

Kasibante attends to business on phone as guests officially launch the Breeze.
Kasibante, who is known to have the ear of the Minister for the Presidency, Milly Babalanda, as well as President Yoweri Museveni, is positioning the hub as a stylish escape for revellers seeking comfort, class, and a vibrant social scene in Makerere Kavule.
