President Yoweri Museveni has appointed former Criminal Investigations Director, AIGP Grace Akullo, as the Director Interpol and International Relation.

AIGP Akullo handed over the CID office yesterday to Maj. Tom Magambo, the new CID Director.

Now, the latest is that AIGP Akullo has been sent to Interpol where she replaces SCP Charles Birungi who has been transferred to Welfare as deputy Director Production. Birungi has been in acting capacity at the Directorate.
