President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Pius Biribonwoha as the Deputy Solicitor General.
Attorney General Kiryowa Kiwanuka confirmed the appointment thus:
At the time of his appointment, Biribonwoha was working at Parliament as the General Counsel. Before growing to this position, he served as Chief Parliamentary Counsel under the Director Legal and Legislative Services.
