Lango: 3 radio stations risk de-licensing over minimum requirements

Three radio stations in Lira risk being deprived of their licenses over what the regulator, the Uganda Communications Communication – UCC – describes as ”pending administrative requirements to facilitate issuance of their licences.”
To this, they have been invited to UCC’s Legal Division within 14 days from Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
The radios stations are: Unity 97.7 FM (Unity Investment Limited), Radio Wa FM (
Lira Diocese Media Limited) and Radio Lira FM (Radio Management Services Limited).
