Ugandans mourn ex-MP Charles Angiro Gutmoi

Ugandans have mourned former Erute North Member of Parliament, Charles Angiro Gutmoi.
Gutmoi and three others died in an accident at Ayago in Murchison Falls after his driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle, a Toyota Noah, registration number UAW 943A overturned killing Gutmoi and Deborah Ogwang on spot. Two others died on arrival at Anaka Hospital. Two people survived the accident with injuries.
Gutmoi, a clan leader was heading to Nebbi for a traditional marriage.
