Gen. Muhoozi attacks Muntu: We spent 9 years with non-performing army Commander

UPDF Commander Land Forces Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has said that the Commander-in-Chief, Yoweri Museveni, should have considered Jet Mwebaze as army Commander.
In a tweet Friday morning, Muhoozi said:
Whereas he does not mention the non-performing Commanders, Maj Gen Mugisha Muntu was army Commander between 1989 and 1998.
