The Commander Land Forces (CLF), Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has for the first time spoken out on the double bombings on Kampala on Tuesday.

Explosives went off between 10:03am and 10:06am at the Central Police Station (CPS), Kampala and along the Parliament Avenue, killing 4 people.

In a tweet Friday, Gen. Muhoozi said: “The cowardly terrorists who attacked us a few days ago should know that they have sown the wind and they shall reap the whirlwind!”

Over 21 suspects in the terrorists acts have so far been arrested with over 4 put out of action for resisting arrests.
