An intelligence-led operation has led Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP) to a suspect identified as Milly Naluwenda. Naluwenda is a Court Clerk at Mengo Court.
KMP Spokesman Patrick Onyango confirmed the arrest.
However, the area from which Naluwenda was arrested from has been under surveillance, following the brutal killing of Eng. Daniel Bbosa last week. Eng. Bbosa was the clan head of Ndiga Clan.
“Last night, crime intelligence carried out an operation in the areas of Lungujja, Rubaga Division in Kampala and arrested one suspect, Milly Naluwenda,” said Onyango.
According to Onyango, the suspect has been arrested to help in the ongoing investigation, that the Uganda Police Force is currently carrying out.
“We appeal to members of her family to be calm, as investigations are being done,” Onyango said.
