Ernesto Shalom Otafiire, the son of Internal Affairs Minister, Maj Gen (Rtd) Kahinda Otafiire has graduated from the University of Cardiff, Wales in the United Kingdom.

Sources say Otafiire graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
